Return Policy

You must have a return authorization number to return any merchandise. Call 260-833-4030 or email us through the website or email us at sales@daltechforce.com.

Is your product defective? Contact us within 14 days of your date of purchase. We will ship out a new product with a pre-paid box to return the defective item.

The merchandise must be in new condition in order for us to do an exchange. If the item is deemed to be abused, soiled, altered, intentionally destroyed, or not in the original condition we have the option to determine a percentage of the value to deduct from the original purchase price.

Shipping & Delivery

Daltech ships your order via USPS Priority Mail and/or USPS First Class mail Delivery and in some cases FEDEX. Normal processing and packing of your order will take 3-4 days and the normal delivery time is 3-5 business days. Additional time will be needed if an item is special ordered or customized. At this time DALTECH FORCE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, DALTECH FORCE may at its own discretion ship merchandise to Canada and Mexico and to other international locations that are deemed appropriate. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We use available tracking methods to track the shipping status of your order and can provide that information if requested.

Paying for your Daltech Force order

You may purchase merchandise privately and securely from our website by using any one of the payment options listed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards on-line. We accept payments through a PayPal account and this is selected by the purchaser in the shopping cart payment section. We also take phone orders and mail-in orders. Once your order is processed and approved by our secure credit card system all your credit card information is automatically deleted by the software program. We have no way of going back to your order and getting your credit card number. This is for your protection and ours. If you want to re-order you have to call-in with your credit card information or start a new order on-line. You can call in your order and pay with a credit card as well. Our phone number is 260-833-4030. You can also mail us a handwritten order and include your credit card information, a check, or money order for payment. We will have to wait for a personal check to clear our bank before we process your order. All USA domestic orders are free shipping from our factory to your mailing address.

We now consider international orders for shipping. Purchaser will pay shipping on international orders and only after we provide the cost and the payment is made will we process the order. Shipping charges for refunds and exchanges on international orders will be paid by the purchaser, not Daltech Force. DALTECH FORCE reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
