EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS!

Information

During the holiday season we will be accepting returns for gifts past our normal 14-day return period. We have extended it until 14 days after Christmas Day for orders placed now through Christmas. 

 

Is your product defective? Contact us on or before January 9th. We will exchange it and ship out a new product.

Is your product NOT defective but you want to exchange it for size? Contact us on or before January 9th. Do not wear it. You will then ship it back. The merchandise must be in new condition in order for us to do an exchange. You may only exchange one time.  

Is your product NOT defective but you want a refund? Contact us on or before January 9th. We will give instructions on how and where to ship your merchandise. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. All refunded items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. The merchandise must be in new condition in order for us to do a refund.

There are no refunds nor returns on custom orders or personalized items.
