LIABILITY POLICY - Updated 4/23/26

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Legal Compliance

Daltech Force (D Force LLC) operates in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By purchasing from us, customers agree to comply with all laws governing the possession, use, and ownership of knives, stun guns, and firearm accessories in their jurisdiction.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local laws prior to placing an order.

2. Age Restrictions

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase knives and stun guns unless otherwise restricted by local law.

  • Certain firearm accessories may require customers to be 21 years or older, depending on applicable regulations.

  • By completing a purchase, the customer certifies that they meet all legal age requirements.

3. Restricted Items

We do not sell firearms. Products offered include:

  • Knives (various types)

  • Stun guns / electronic control devices

  • Firearm accessories (e.g., holsters, optics, grips, non-serialized parts where lawful)

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion if we suspect a violation of law or misuse.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship only within the United States and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Shipping Restrictions Include (but are not limited to):

Orders will be canceled or modified if shipping to a restricted location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items are legal in their destination.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Use of Products

  • Ownership and use carry certain risks, including injury, death, or property damage

The customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase, possession, and use of these products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daltech Force shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injury, death, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of products

  • Accidents or incidents occurring after purchase

  • Improper handling, storage, or modification of products

  • Third-party actions involving purchased items

All products are sold “as-is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Indemnification

By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Daltech Force, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:

  • Use or misuse of products

  • Violation of laws or regulations

  • Breach of this policy

9. Order Refusal and Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities

  • Request additional verification before fulfilling orders
