Refund and Exchange Policy

You must have a return authorization number to return any merchandise. Call us at 260-527-4590 or email us at returns@daltechforce.com.

Is your product defective? Contact us within 14 days of your date of delivery. We will exchange it and ship out a new product.

Is your product NOT defective but you want to exchange it for size? Contact us within 14 days of your date of purchase. Do not wear it. You will then ship it back. The merchandise must be in new condition in order for us to do an exchange. You may only exchange one time.  

Is your product NOT defective but you want a refund? Contact us within 14 days of your date of purchase. We will give instructions on how and where to ship your merchandise. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. All refunded items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. The merchandise must be in new condition in order for us to do a refund.

*There are no refunds nor returns on custom Items. 

**Items bought under the Clearance section are As Is, Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangable because they are sold at or below cost. Please be sure of your size before ordering!
